Aurexon operates as a technology holding company developing and scaling proprietary artificial intelligence platforms, SaaS products, autonomous agent frameworks, data engineering architectures, and digital ecosystem ventures (including our on-demand services platform, Tasko).

Aurexon develops cutting-edge artificial intelligence and autonomous agent engines designed to augment decision-making and automate workflows.

You acknowledge and understand that AI-generated outputs, predictive models, and simulated interactions are probabilistic in nature. While Aurexon implements state-of-the-art verification and alignment protocols, automated systems may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected results.

Users and enterprise clients remain solely responsible for evaluating, verifying, and supervising AI-generated outputs prior to implementing them in mission-critical, legal, financial, or regulatory decision workflows.

Our website may reference or link to independent subsidiary platforms, portfolio entities (such as Tasko maintenance services), or third-party service providers. Aurexon Holding Company operates portfolio companies with distinct operating entities and separate terms of service.

When accessing external subsidiary portals or third-party applications, you are subject to the specific terms and policies of those respective entities. Aurexon assumes no liability for independent third-party websites or services.

Our website, platform demonstrations, and content are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable Saudi law, Aurexon disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous uptime, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in no event shall Aurexon Holding Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business goodwill, or service interruption) arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use our website and platforms.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Aurexon reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.

Your continued use of our website and platforms following the posting of any revisions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
